PROGRAME:
- Welcome speech by Dr Enric Fossas, rector of the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
- Brief speeches by Dr Francesc Sepulcre, director of the Doctoral School, and Dr David Artigas, secretary of the Doctoral School.
- Presentation of the Special Doctoral Awards Inaugural lecture “How to achieve and maintain a good quality doctoral education: European perspective" by Dr Melita Kovacevic, EUA Council for Doctoral Education Steering Committee member (2009-2016) and Chair (2012-2016).
- Brief speech and closing words by Dr Fernando Orejas, vice-rector for Research Highly recommended for the new PhD student: Brief speech "Assessment/support from the International Students Office, for your legal procedures during your stay", by Ms. Bérénice Martín, from the International Relations Bureau.
